The Law Office of Jessica A. Klein is a boutique firm specializing in criminal defense and family law. The firm was established in 2015 and provides quality service to those navigating the court system in southeastern Wisconsin.
Attorney Klein attended the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and studied political science and global studies. She graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2013.
As a general practitioner, Jessica has had the opportunity to practice in several areas of law, including criminal defense, family law, estate planning, probate, and civil litigation. She has helped author scores of Briefs for the Court of Appeals and numerous Petitions for Review to the Supreme Court.
Jessica Klein is also a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Waukesha County Bar Association, where she co-chairs the Young Lawyer Committee.
In addition to private clients, Jessica also accepts court appointments and is a part of the assigned counsel division of the State Public Defenders Office.
Last year Jessica helped judge the Wisconsin High School Mock Trial Tournament and mentors other young adults interested in the law.
Being a Boutique Law firm Jessica is still maintains a case load of 150 cases, and she is still one of the few Female Lawyers willing to Litigate Murder Trials.
Jessica currently Of Counsel at Huppertz & Powers SC, Which allows her to forge great relationships within the legal community, and continue to sharpen her skills as well.
